Privacy Policy
Last updated September 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Authntech Inc. (“Authntech”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit authntech.com (the “Site”) or contact us. We are the controller of that information. Each of our products (KuestAI, Sailo, Jeriko and Playtree) publishes its own privacy policy, and that policy applies when you use the product.
1. Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you email us we receive your name, email address, the content of your message and anything you choose to attach.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically processes standard request data, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps, to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse. This data is kept in short-lived server logs.
- Aggregate analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views and measure page performance. They do not use cookies, and they do not identify you or follow you across other websites.
We do not use cookies, advertising or cross-site tracking on the Site, and we do not ask you to create an account here.
2. How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and manage our relationship with you;
- to operate, secure and improve the Site;
- to meet legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in running our business and replying to you, on steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract, and on legal obligation where applicable.
3. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioural advertising as the California Consumer Privacy Act defines that term. We disclose it only:
- to service providers who host the Site and provide its analytics (Vercel Inc.) or provide our email and productivity tools, under contracts that limit their use of the data;
- to our ventures, when your enquiry concerns one of them;
- to professional advisers, or where required by law or legal process;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
4. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and in any case no longer than our legal, accounting and dispute-resolution needs require. Server logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email privacy@authntech.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. These include encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has sent us information, and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
